We are growing our roster to include regional representatives from each state and will award those territories on a first-come-first-consideration basis along with mutual compatibility factors relating to work ethic, commitment to quality, experience in the industry, licensing, insurance coverage, flexibility to travel, size of readily available crews, etc.

Geographic exclusivity is essential for achieving a balance between brand awareness in the market while preventing over-saturation. At maturity, there will only be 125 - 180 Phoenix installers, so it's important to build a collaborative community of professionals who can comfortably exchange best practices as our companies work together for the highest good of the customers we each serve.
While every Phoenix Installer is awarded representation within an exclusive geographic territory and will keep their advertising within their designated territory, we're also aware that established relationships can cross geographic borders, which means our installers practice reciprocal courtesy-crossover servicing. This means that you keep the relationships that you've built over the course of your career (and the sales dollars attached to those relationships), which only serves to bolster goodwill all around. It is also offset by the following method of funneling leads that come directly through our corporate office.
Every job lead that funnels through Phoenix, whether by website, social media pages, phone inquiries or SMS texts, gets directed straight to the Installer in that particular geographic region. Period.
The assessment is the most important aspect of becoming knowledgeable about a roofing job - documenting all deficiencies and planning a successful installation. Not only have we constructed an assessment guide to support your field efforts, but we will work with you on a job-by-job basis to build out the materials and procedures necessary to install and warrant the job.
Every unique assessment leads to modifications in protocol. Your Phoenix Seamless Systems company liaison has the skills and expertise to layout a complete and custom plan for every job that you run into.
Upon the execution, completion, and documentation of every Phoenix job, you will submit your job images and forms through our company portal where they will be reviewed for warranty and maintenance program approval. Upon approval, you'll be notified by email that your customer's warranty is available for digital signature. The final Phoenix LIFETIME PROT3CTION WARRANTY will be deposited into the customer's account where we will also house their Phoenix AutoPilot Maintenance Program.
While participation in this support is not mandatory, for those installers that desire to participate with us, Phoenix produces branded and co-branded digital, print, and multi-media assets for marketing the Phoenix services within your region. We work with installers to not only determine target markets but also to set up a marketing budget aimed at those targets that will produce results.
As a Phoenix installer, installing our Phoenix Seamless Systems is just the beginning of the relationship because you will then become the caretaker of your customer's commercial roof for the remainder of its lifetime - and with that comes reciprocal benefits for you both! The lifetime warranty and maintenance program ensure that you will be compensated for future materials and labor, while your customers can sleep like babies at night, knowing they never have to worry about the functionality of their commercial roof ever again.
Whether your customer chooses the AutoPilot program or pay-as-you-go inspection and maintenance, our system pays you for every periodic inspection as well as the maintenance of our seamless roof system.
A major problem that burdens most contracting companies is recurring revenue. Our model is based on budget-based system that makes both installations and maintenance for every customer predictable and affordable while ensuring that financial health of your company through a growing annuity (annual AutoPilot renewals).
